Teachers & Classes:

Swimming:  All kids swim every Enrichment morning from 10-11am. Please have your kids arrive in their swim suits so they can hop right in. This is when we need the most parent volunteers for watching over the swimmers and helping in the locker room. If kids do not want to swim, please bring them in at 11am after swim time. We are not able to have kids hang out on the swim deck.

Creativity Day (TK):  Jennie Pitts-Knipe is a gifted dance and creativity teacher. She will be spending the afternoon with the TK kids. They will spend the day exploring the themes of a selected children's book through outdoor play time, creative dance, songs, and craft projects. They might get messy, so please dress your child accordingly.

Music/Spanish:  Iliana Vokel teaches Canta y Baila Conmigo® (or CyBC). This is a unique Spanish language and culture program with dual, complementary goals of music education and language immersion. The class features a collection of carefully selected folk classics, familiar children’s songs, and new adaptations of traditional songs and rhymes.

Art: Eli Osborn creates an art class full of inventive mediums and open ended creation. The kids really love his class.

Rock Wall:  The Rock and Bouldering wall is instructed by Rec Center staff. The kids learn basic climbing and bouldering techniques.
